You’re almost ready to give in to the blazing sun and head indoors when your parents unveil the Banzai wipeout curve water park and you immediately decide it’s one of the sweetest things you have ever seen.
You can barely contain your happiness and despite the heat you find yourself jumping for joy. They tell you to run inside invite your friends over and get your swimsuit on. Even though you are probably moving at the speed of light by the time you get outside your parents have already got it set up and ready to go. Using the included continuous air blower setup takes less than 3 minutes which on a hot summer day is definitely a nice feature.
Your first impression is how huge this thing is at over 10 feet tall and about 18 feet long you have got your own personal water park right in YOUR BACKYARD! You begin to make your way up the climbing wall and with every step you take using the built in foot holes and grab bars your excitement is growing. When you reach the top it’s like you’re in the tower of a castle and you are looking out over your whole kingdom (remember you’re ten).
You inch your way towards the slide and as you look down your friends are there cheering you on. You take a deep breath and let your feet drop from under you. Down you go faster and faster until you fly around the wipeout curve and finally make a giant splash in the pool.
That’s only where the fun begins at the bottom of the slide you’ll find yourself in the activity lagoon and your best friend is playfully blasting you with the built in water cannon. The other kids are having a basketball game on the built in hoop. You’ll have time for that other stuff soon enough but right now it’s back up the slide for another shot around wipeout curve.

Ok back to reality I think I got a little caught up in my own description. As always there are some negative points and I am going to let you know what they are. The majority of complaints have to do with durability mostly the stitched seams coming apart and need to be sewn.
This is one of the most common complaints that go with these inflatable toys. All the different brands and types seem to struggle with this. The thing that gets me is you have one person say it lasted two week for 2 five year olds and someone else who used it at a party with over twenty kids without a single problem.
A couple of other parents have said they add a little tear free shampoo or soap to the curve. It helps things move more smoothly and prevents irritation from the friction of using this slide for hours and trust me your kids will be on it for hours. This is not really a negative feature I just like tips like this so I thought I would include it in the review.
Other than that the customer feedback for this slide is really positive. Kids love the wipeout curve and the activity lagoon. That is what is good about the design of this slide if you have little ones who play in the lagoon then you don’t have to worry about someone coming down the slide and crashing into them. The curve does a good job of slowing the kids down before they reach the pool.
I hope you have found my review of the Banzai wipeout curve water park helpful for when you are ready to purchase your family’s backyard water slide.
